Coilflow Six Ball Interchange Couplers feature six stainless steel locking balls to provide a more balanced and secure connection. The locking ball diameter is sized to properly fit the connectors' form to allow greater surface contact. This makes the connector more durable, even in high-vibration conditions. These couplers are compatible with other manufacturers' couplers within the same interchange series.

Our Coilflow Automatic Industrial Series Couplers are designed for stationary mounting where a simple "one handed" push-to-connect operation is desirable. These automatic couplers feature a compact size, quality all-brass, rugged construction and are interchangeable with all other manufacturer's Industrial interchanges.

Automatic couplers are available in four different body sizes with male or female thread connectors up to 3/4" NPT; also with hose barb up to 1/2" I.D. hose. These couplers will accept all Coilhose Industrial interchange connectors as well as other manufacturers’ connectors which conform to MIL-C4109 specifications.

The Acme Series of couplers and connectors offer a compact design making it ideal for hose assemblies. This lightweight coupler, which is 25% lighter than other interchanges, helps to maximize the user's range of motion and minimizes the fatigue associated with larger, heavier couplers. They also allow 15-30% more flow than other 1/4" interchanges. Six locking balls provide a more secure and balanced connection, assuring a longer connector life. The "radius design" connector allows more surface area contact with the locking balls, making it more durable even in high vibration conditions.

This series of couplers and connectors is engineered to interchange with the ARO design as well as similar designs of other manufacturers. Standard packaging consists of ten pieces per plastic poly bag.

Ball Swivel Connectors combine the features of Ball Swivel Fittings and Connectors, eliminating the need for an additional fitting. This creates an ergonomic and lightweight tool-to-hose connection. The connection and nut portion is nickel-plated hardened steel and the threaded portion of the fitting is all brass. Available in 1/4" and 3/8" body Industrial, Automotive, ARO and Acme Interchanges.

The Megaflow™ High Flow Series is engineered to allow twice the flow of comparably-sized standard-design couplers and connectors. Now this high flow interchange is available in our Ball Swivel configuration as well. Ideal for HVLP (High Volume / Low Pressure) applications within the PB&E (Paint Body & Equipment) market and when air supply to high-speed tools is required.

Megaflow™ High Flow Series is engineered to allow twice the flow of comparably sized standard design couplers and connectors. One handed push-to-connect design allows easy operation. Megaflow™ couplers can be used with any "Type 15" series connectors in an emergency.
