• Troughing idlers

Troughing idlers shape the belt to support a moving load without spillage or damage to the belt.

  • IMPACT

Impact idlers absorb the shock of falling material at loading and transfer points to protect belt from damage. Discs are hammerhead shaped and spaced to allow deflection for shock cushioning.

  • trainer idler1

These idlers automatically maintain been alignment on one-way or reversible belt conveyors. When a belt travels off-center, the belt edge contacts one of the vertical guide rolls which activates a brake to retard rotation of the adjacent inclined end roll This creates a drag between roller and belt, swiveling the idler about its central axis in the direction of belt travel. This action automatically realigns the belt.

  • return idler1
  • flat belt idler

These idlers support flat belts for conveying materials such as packages, pulpwood. logs, plywood, lumber, gypsum boards and slabs of concrete.
