(9)Urebrade® Polyurethane Hose is made from non-toxic ingredients that conform to FDA CFR 177.2600 (rubber articles intended for repeated use). Urebrade is suitable for wet and fatty food applications and beverage processing. Other applications include; industrial applications like air lines, pneumatic control systems and robotics, low pressure hydraulics, chemical transfer, vacuum equipment and granular material lines. A naturally flexible product is Urebrade and the hose does not contain plasticizers, therefore as the hose ages it will not experience flexibility loss, hardening or cracking like other materials can as the plasticizers migrate out!
Urebrade is supplied in an ether formulation, making it resistant to attack from moisture and fungi
Where applications involve repeated flexing, heavy vibration, or abrasion, Urebrade offers superior service life over other materials
Braid reinforced polyurethane tubing has a much greater pressure capability than un-reinforced tubing
It is highly resistant to abrasion, tearing, impact, radiation exposure, oils, greases, fuels, and weathering
Wide range of temperature resistance; -90 degrees F to 175 degrees F.
Contains no plasticizer which could migrate and cause flow contamination or tube hardening
Naturally transparent for visual contact with the flow
