2 Ply Black, Tan, and Gray Roughtop
(4) Construction is two plies of high-strength, all-synthetic fabrics. Very flexible, yet stretch and moisture resistant. Tan and gray roughtop are non marking. The 2 Ply 150 Black Roughtop X Bare (FR) is a premium flame retardant belt and an excellent choice for spiral incline power turn systems. /Asset/2 PLY BLACK TAN AND GRAY ROUGHTOP BELT.jpg3 and 4 Ply Black Rough Top
(3) Long a popular standard in the industry. Often used as pulley lagging. The 28 oz. plies give a hefty appearance and cushioning effect. The 3 Ply 225 Black Roughtop X Bare is an excellent choice for high tension systems that require a belt with low-stretch characteristics. /Asset/3 AND 4 PLY BLACK ROUGHTOP BELT.jpgTan Rubber and Pure Gum Roughtop
(5) Tan color is non-marking. The genuine gum is soft durometer for highest grab, steepest inclines and long wear where required. The tan rubber is more economical, yet highly serviceable. Three and four ply bare bottom construction is popular for sanding machinery applications. The 3 Ply (180) Tan Pure Gum RT X Bare is also available as a 225 lb.-rated belt. /Asset/TAN RUBBER AND PURE GUM ROUGHTOP BELT.jpgPoly Brown Nitrile Roughtop
Nitrile construction resists oil, heat, grease, and chemical exposure. Our specification is made of 135 lb.-rated all polyester for high strength and stretch resistance, yet is very flexible for small pulleys. /Asset/POLY BROWN NITRILE ROUGHTOP BELT.jpg2 & 3 Ply Tan, Blue & Orange Carbox Nitrile Roughtop
(6) Carbox nitrile roughtop yield vastly longer service life than rubber roughtop. It is ideal where regular roughtop surfaces wear down quickly and must be replaced. The 3 Ply Poly 135 Tan Carbox Nitrile RT X FS features a strong all-polyester carcass. The 3 Ply CN40 Blue Carbox Nitrile RT X Bare is a poly/nylon construction. These belts are popular for handling cardboard cartons. /Asset/3 PLY TAN AND BLUE CARBOX NITRILE ROUGHTOP BELT.jpg3 Ply Black V-Ridge
Cross corrugated peaks are equivalent to small cleats; will convey on high inclines. M-shaped ridges are soft, yet durable, and will self clean as they go around pulleys. Frequently used to convey cardboard cartons. /Asset/3 PLY BLACK V-RIDGE BELT.jpg3 Ply Black Duralift
Long wearing, solid inverted V-shaped ridges prevent back sliding on high inclines. Self-cleaning belt is popular as case conveyor belt in the bottling industry. /Asset/3 PLY BLACK DURALIFT.jpg3 Ply Black and Tan Gum Steepgrade
(2) Features soft, oval-shaped nubs for gripping packages and products for very steep inclines. The molded projections prevent slip-back, providing a cushioning, pocketing effect for all sizes and shapes of boxes. The 3 Ply CN40 Tan Genuine Pure Gum is softer durometer for the highest inclines. Both are good for slider bed applications. /Asset/3 PLY BLACK AND TAN GUM STEEPGRADE BELT.jpg3 Ply Black Ribflex
Top surface features soft flexible parallel ribs enabling it to convey on the steepest inclines. Maintains full incline ability throughout life of the belt. /Asset/3 PLY BLACK RIBFLEX.jpgBlack and Tan Wedgegrip
(3) Belts are constructed of plies of high-strength flexible synthetic carcass and feature a diamond-top surface molded in a diagonal rib design with an unusually high coefficient of friction; for conveying packaged and bagged goods up the very steepest of inclines. Tan Wedgegrip is non-marking. 3 ply 225 Tan Wedgegrip X Bare is used for sanding applications. /Asset/BLACK AND TAN WEDGEGRIP BELT.jpgPVC Roughtops
(2) Uni-ply construction and PVC vinyl compounds result to combine all the best properties for high-traction incline conveying and best resistance to oils, greases, industrial chemicals, abuse, and stretch. The green Supergrip has a softer durometer for the highest grab and steepest inclines. /Asset/PVC ROUGHTOPS BELT.jpgPVC Black Crescent Top
(2) Aggressive scoop pattern for high incline conveying. Crescent pattern creates hundreds of tiny “buckets” capable of conveying liquids along with solids. Conversely, the belt can be run in the opposite direction, and the upside-down crescents convey solids while draining off liquids. Belt operates smoothly andquietly on the return. Good tubeveyor belt. /Asset/PVC BLEACK CRESCENT TOP BELT.jpgPVC - 100 Black Chevron Top
The herringbone pattern of alternating rows of solid PVC chevrons forms a cover highly capable of moving bulk, free-flowing materials such as grains, food stuffs, feeds, and fertilizers upsteep inclines. Ideal for tubeveyors. /Asset/PVC - 100 BLACK CHEVON TOP BELT.jpgChevron/ Z-Top PVC
